This site is to honor the life and work of my great-aunt,
Helen Hutula.
Helen lived in southern California during the 1930's, 40's, and 50's. During that time she operated a pottery plant in Los Angeles. The most famous piece which she produced was the Tat-L-Tale Cookie Jar.
I hope that the information here will help collectors learn more about the original ceramics which Helen designed, produced, and sold.
I am also hoping to learn more about my aunt from you. There are still many blanks in her story and I need your help. Please let me know if this site helps you and if you have any information to share. -- Christine Huttula Nielsen
